皖西白鹅小肠形态发育特征观察

摘要:

为探究皖西白鹅小肠绒毛的形态发育特征和杯状细胞及内分泌细胞数量的变化规律,本文选取28只皖西白鹅按7、30、45、60日龄分成4组,每组7只,全程饲喂基础饲料,实行舍饲管理,自由采食饮水。每个日龄组取7只皖西白鹅进行屠宰取样,取十二指肠、空肠、回肠组织,制作组织切片,经苏木精-伊红染色、糖原染色及银氨染色后观察组织结构变化。结果表明,随日龄的增加,皖西白鹅十二指肠、空肠和回肠的绒毛高度、隐窝深度以及二者比值显著升高(P<0.05),杯状细胞和内分泌细胞数量均显著增多(P<0.05)。综上所述,在60日龄内,随日龄的增加,皖西白鹅小肠的吸收面积不断扩大,吸收营养物质的能力增强;同时,杯状细胞和肠内分泌细胞数量的增加,表明肠道黏膜屏障功能得到增强。

Abstract:

To inevstigate the morphological developmental characteristics of small intestinal villi and changes in the number of goblet cells and endocrine cells in Wanxi white geese. 28 Wanxi white geese were evenly divided into 4 groups at 7, 30, 45 and 60 days of age. All groups were fed basical diet throught the trial, maintained under housing management with ad libitum access to feed and water. In each age group, 7 Wanxi white geese were selected for slaughter sampling, and the duodenum, ileum and jejunum were taken, tissue sections were made and stained with HE, PAS and silver ammonia.The results showed that the duodenum, jejunum and ileum of Wanxi white geese exhibited significantly higher in villus height, crypt depth and the ratio of the two with increasing age(P<0.05). The number of both goblet cells and endocrine cells is significantly increased(P<0.05).It indicates that the absorptive area of the small intestine increases with increased day length, and the ability to absorb nutrients increases within 60 days of age, due to the increased number of goblet cells and endocrine cells, indicating that the intestinal mucosal barrier function is increased at the same time accordingly.
